What does Fixal do?

It takes uploaded artwork, pushes a redraw job into a queue, and returns a cleaner transparent PNG after the worker finishes.

Can I upload before logging in?

Yes. Guest uploads stay sticky on the device path, and the saved job can be attached to an account later.

Do I need credits right now?

Not during current testing. The account, ledger, and top-up seams exist, but billing is intentionally deferred while redraw quality is verified.

What data is stored on signup?

Email, password hash, phone number if provided, raw IP information, and Cloudflare headers used for geo and network reporting.

Will native apps use the same backend?

Yes. The long-term direction remains API-first, even while the web app is the first client surface under active test.
