Fixal is a simple queued image redraw tool. The web app collects source images, prompts, timestamps, and account state. The worker performs the AI processing.

Guest uploads may persist before login. Once an account is attached, jobs belong to that account and remain visible in the jobs surface and admin reporting.

Credits are the product currency. The current rule is 1 credit per standard submission to `gpt-image-2`, with DTF redraws counting as 2 credits. Pricing may vary later by market, currency, or product mode.

Stripe-linked purchase flows are preserved in the product seam but deferred during current testing.

There is no refund policy after generated delivery. If a result is generated and delivered, credits or payments are non-refundable, including dissatisfaction with AI output.

Operational failure before output exists is handled separately as a service issue, not as successful fulfilled delivery.

Phone OTP, email delivery, creator coupons, and top-up flows are planned seams and may appear in data models or docs before they are fully active in production.
